Our Expertise
Notable Transactions
Brian Wolf Oil & Gas Properties was established in 1992. Since our inception, we have divested approximately $1,000,000,000 in royalties and working interest across the country covering 23 states.
Our services range from divesting oil and gas assets for Exploration and Production Companies and individuals to assisting Trust Departments, Insurance Companies, and Law Firms with date of death appraisals and oil and gas asset advisement.
We have handled some notable transactions including the 2003 divestiture of all the minerals and non-participating royalty interests owned by the Federal Farm Credit Bank of Texas. At the time this was one of the largest royalty transactions completed in the industry which included over 700,000 mineral acres in 184 Texas Counties.
We also handled the sale of the well-publicized Divestiture of all the California assets owned by Aspen Exploration Corp (ASPN) in the Sacramento Basin of California to Venoco, Inc. (VQ).
We Can Tackle Any Projects, Big or Small!
Producing & Non-Producing
Appraisals
We appraise minerals, royalties, overrides, and working interests all over the United States (onshore only).
We specialize in Date of Death appraisals for estates, appraisals for gifting and tax purposes, and advise on whether a third party offer to purchase one’s minerals is fair market value.
Much of our work is done for CPAs, Trust Departments, and Attorneys.
